Bulk Sender · contact workspace
Extract, check and prepare email contacts in one place.
Collect email addresses from text or a public web page, review exactly what was found, then connect and verify your own mail account — with the state of every step visible to you while it runs.
No credit card required. You bring your own mail account.
-
Your mail, your account
You add the SMTP account you already use, and its connection is verified before anything depends on it.
-
Honest results
Unknown is reported as unknown instead of being rounded up to valid.
-
No delivery promises
Sender reports configuration. Inbox placement is never guaranteed.
How it works
Five steps, in the order you would do them by hand. Nothing happens in the background that you cannot see.
-
Step 1
Bring in contacts
Paste in text you already have, or point the extractor at a single public web page. Addresses are collected, de-duplicated, and kept against the task they came from.
-
Step 2
Check them
Every address is compared against objective signals such as its format, its domain, and how its mail server answers. Those signals can show that an address cannot work; they cannot prove a mailbox is being read, and are not reported as if they could.
-
Step 3
Review the results
Open any extraction to see the addresses it found, how many there were, and where they came from. Download the addresses as a spreadsheet when you need them somewhere else.
-
Step 4
Connect and verify your mail account
Add the SMTP account you already use. Its connection, its encryption and its authentication are each verified, and a single test message confirms the account really works before anything depends on it.
-
Step 5
Keep the ones worth keeping
Addresses become reusable lists you can add to and correct, alongside records of anyone who has opted out. A suppression applies to every list and every later campaign.
-
Step 6
Write the message once
Save a message as a template and reuse it. A campaign takes its own copy at launch, so editing a template afterwards cannot change what a campaign already in flight is sending.
-
Step 7
Send it through your own account
Pick a list, a template and a verified SMTP account. Suppression and every address\u2019s validation are checked before anything is submitted, and a campaign can be paused or stopped at any point.
What the workspace does
The capabilities that exist today, described the way a person using them would describe them.
Email extraction
Pull addresses out of text you paste or a single public page. Each extraction keeps a record of where the addresses came from and how many were found.
Evidence-based checking
Results are grouped into clearly invalid, likely usable, and uncertain. An address is never reported as confirmed active, because that cannot be established from outside a mailbox.
Your own mail account
You add the SMTP account you already use, and Sender confirms it: the connection, its encryption, and its authentication. Passwords are stored encrypted and are never shown again after you save them.
Results you can review
Every extraction keeps a detail page listing what was found, with the source it came from. Runs that are still going can be stopped, and finished results can be downloaded as a spreadsheet.
Predictable runs
An extraction is bounded by the size of the content and by how much it holds at once, so one very large page cannot quietly take over a shared host.
Lists and templates
Reusable address lists and reusable message templates, so a campaign is assembled from things you already have rather than rebuilt each time.
Campaigns you can stop
A campaign is prepared, checked, then sent by a bounded worker that resumes from the database. Pause or stop it at any point, and read what actually happened to each recipient.
Sender readiness
Sender authentication and domain configuration are reported so you can fix a weak setup before you depend on it. This describes configuration only — it does not promise inbox placement.
Responsible sending, stated plainly
Most email tools overstate what they know. This one does not, because a false promise about an address is worse than an honest unknown.
Every check here works from the outside: what can be observed about an address and the domain behind it. Nothing here inspects a mailbox.
- Every result is traceable to a signal. An address is called clearly invalid only when objective checks support it.
- Uncertain stays uncertain. Nothing here turns an unknown result into a confident yes.
- What the checks can rule out is kept out of the later steps, before a message would ever be prepared.
- You stay in control of your mail account. Credentials are never displayed after saving.
- Suppression is recorded and enforced, and an unsubscribe link takes effect immediately without an account.
- Inbox placement is not guaranteed and not promised. Sender reports configuration; the receiving inbox decides.
Still being built
These are planned. They are listed here as coming soon rather than presented as though they already work.
