Straight answers to common questions about our plans and billing.
- What does "you bring your own SMTP" mean?
- You connect the SMTP account you already use (Gmail, Outlook, SendGrid, Amazon SES, etc.). We verify the connection and authentication, then send through your account. Your sending reputation stays with you, and you control your own deliverability.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
- What happens when I hit my message limit?
- Sending pauses until your subscription renews or you upgrade. You'll receive a notification when you're at 80% and again at 100%. Your campaigns and data are never deleted.
- Is there a free trial?
- The Starter plan is designed as a low-cost entry point. There's no separate trial because you're using your own mail account — there's no platform sending cost for us to subsidize.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit/debit cards via Stripe, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BCH, DOGE) where enabled. Manual bank transfer invoices are available on request.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods, but you won't be charged again. Export your data before cancelling if you need it.
